Plan Tiers

CoachBall offers four plan tiers, each with increasing limits for storage, teams, players, and features.

Pro (Free)

Get started for free with essential team management features and basic limits.

Elite

More storage, more players, and access to advanced features like co-coaches.

Legend

Extended limits and premium features for growing teams.

Club

The maximum plan for clubs managing multiple teams. Highest limits across all resources.

Usage Tracking

Monitor your usage across 7 resources: storage, teams, players, trainings, games, co-coaches, and video analyses. Each shows current usage, limit, and a visual progress indicator. The indicator turns amber at 75% and red at 90% capacity.

Upgrading

Workspace owners can upgrade directly from the plan page. Non-owners can request an upgrade — the owner receives a notification. Plans support monthly and yearly billing cycles.

Workspace Management

Each workspace has a unique join code for inviting members. The workspace owner controls settings, billing, and member management. You can switch between workspaces if you belong to multiple.
