Stream to YouTube

With the app you stream video of the game to your own YouTube channel, with the score shown in the picture. Streaming works on Android and iOS.

Before you start

You need a CoachBall account and a YouTube channel with live streaming switched on in YouTube Studio. The first time, YouTube can take up to 24 hours to switch it on.

Connect your channel

  1. Open the account screen and tap "YouTube channel".
  2. Tap "Connect YouTube" and sign in with the Google account of the channel.

Create a broadcast

  1. In the game, tap "More" and then "Stream to YouTube".
  2. Enter the title on YouTube and choose the privacy: Unlisted (the default), Public or Private.
  3. Answer "Is this video made for kids?". YouTube asks this for every video, there is no default.
  4. Tap "Create broadcast" and then "Go live with the camera".

Streaming

Allow the app to use the camera and microphone and hold the phone in landscape. Tap start to go live. The score, inning, outs, count, bases, batter and pitcher are added to the picture automatically. Tap stop when you are done and then "End broadcast". The recording stays on your channel.
