Event Management

Create Event

Create a new event with a title, date and time range, location, and description. Choose from your club locations or create standalone events.

Event Details

View and edit all details of an event, including date, time, location, and description.

Filtering Events

Filter events by timeframe: all events, today, this week, past events, or upcoming events. Search by title or description to find specific events.

Volunteer Duties

Assign volunteer duties to events and games. Duties are tasks that need to be filled by team members, such as snack duty, scorekeeping, or equipment setup.

Create Duties

Define duty types with available slots and instructions for volunteers.

Sign Up

Team members and guardians can sign up for available duty slots.

Track Progress

See which duties are filled and which still need volunteers.

Event Attendance

Track who is attending each event. Attendance works the same way as for games and practices — mark players as present, absent, or unknown.
