Tee-ball lineup and batting order

Rules and constraints

In tee-ball you want everyone to play and get fair playing time. The lineup generator accounts for small rosters, limited innings, and rotation across positions. No pitcher/catcher rest; fair distribution of infield/outfield and batting order.

Example scenario

Example: 10 players present, 4 innings. The generator distributes positions and batting order so everyone plays roughly equally.

In CoachBall you set attendance and innings; the lineup generator calculates fair rotation and batting order. Then export as PDF or image.

Frequently asked questions

Can I export a tee-ball lineup to PDF?

Yes. CoachBall exports the lineup and batting order as PDF or image, ready for the dugout or to share with parents.

How does fair rotation work in tee-ball?

The generator rotates players across positions and batting order according to your rules (innings, max outfield, etc.) so playing time is distributed fairly.
