Delete your account and data

How to request deletion

1. Enter the e-mail address of your CoachBall account below and choose what you want to delete.
2. We send a confirmation link to that address. Open it within 24 hours and confirm the request.
3. We delete your data within 30 days and let you know by e-mail when it is done.

Signed in on the website? You can also delete your account yourself on your profile page.

What we delete

• Your account: name, e-mail address, password, language, time zone and preferences.
• Clubs and teams you own, with their games, scores, lineups, players and statistics.
• Player photos and other media you uploaded.
• Your YouTube connection and the access it granted to CoachBall.
• Sign in tokens and push notification tokens of your devices.

What we keep, and for how long

• Invoices and payment records, for 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires it.
• Games and events you entered in a club owned by someone else stay with that club, without your name.
• App usage statistics are not linked to your account. Turn off usage and crash statistics in the app settings and we delete them within 30 days. Otherwise they are deleted automatically after 395 days (crash reports after 90 days).

Delete only part of your data

Want to keep your account but remove certain data, such as a player, photos or your YouTube connection? Choose "Only specific data" below and tell us what to delete after you confirm. Most of this you can also delete yourself in the app or on the website.
