Is it important to set expectations with parents? Could parents be the most crucial part of our youth baseball and softball community? Mike Matheny certainly thought so. He wrote a letter to the parents of his players. And as awkward as it might have felt, it worked. Unexpectedly, that letter quickly went viral. Check out this video for an interview with Mike.
